Volunteering
\In light of the need to be fluid for meets and the need for individually packaged snacks, we are going to try something different this year. We will be collecting donations of food that can be brought to practice by your runner, dropped off at the Main Office Lobby (labeled CC Team, Coach Brooks) or dropped in the box at my house through Labor Day.
We hope that this will allow everyone who would like to make a food donation to support the team in a stress-free manner. We anticipate limits on numbers of entrants at meets, but we are hoping we can have 28 runners per meet. If you are able to donate enough of an item for 28 that would be fantastic. All donations are greatly appreciated!!
We recognize that variety is the spice of life so we encourage you to send in your runner’s favorite snack. If your child likes everything and you need a more specific idea, suggestions include: granola bars, cliff bars, peanut butter crackers, fruit gummies, mini-muffins, oatmeal creams pies, etc. The booster club will provide fruit.

One way to pay your dues is to write a check to "NHS PHD Running Club" for $150. This check can be given to Coach Brooks or Coach Yost or the Main Office.
If you are interested in paying online, our bank, Piedmont Bank, has an online app, called PopMoney. It is very user friendly. If you would like to use this option there are a few steps to take:
1. Download the PopMoney App (computer or phone)
2. Create an account
3. Once you have your account active, you can add "Contacts". Add me, Sara Fogle, using my email and cell number listed below, which are linked directly to the Running Club Booster account.
4. Customer Support is incredibly helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to call for trouble shooting problems.
